The Millard West Show Bands include The Groovehouse (WIG), Fine Musicians (Uptown Girls), and Snaz Cats (Swing Cats). They are comprised of 25 students, ranging from freshmen to seniors, who masterfully support the show choirs from behind the risers in rehearsals and competitions throughout the season.

Along with showbands, these students are involved in other MWHS musical ensembles including show choirs, orchestras, and bands. Millard West Show Choir showbands regularly place among the top rated bands at each competition and have won “Best Band” on numerous occasions.
