Thank you for your support of education and the arts in our schools. We appreciate you and need
your help! Each year, the show choir students, directors, and parents at Millard West High School
host a show choir competition – Millard West Music Lives – as both an opportunity to highlight the
show choirs’ amazing work and as our largest fundraiser for the year. 

Music Lives will happen on Saturday, January 21, 2023, and we are expecting more than 20 show
choirs from around the metro and beyond, as well as over 3,000 attendees. The competition is
hosted in our gymnasium transformed into a professional level performance space complete
with stage, lights, screens, fog machines and speaker towers. It is an incredible venue and one
that visiting show choirs will always remember. Full color programs (with
sponsorships/advertisements included) will be available for purchase and are very popular each
year. 

There are 2 ways to support Music Lives: (1) becoming an event sponsor or (2) purchasing an
advertisement in the program. Attached you’ll find the sponsorship opportunities and program
advertisement information. We are a tax-exempt non-profit organization and will provide you all
the necessary tax documentation.
